Button click in meeting wants to save meeting as changed

This happens often when I accept a meeting. It thinks the meeting has changed and therefore wants to save it. This in of itself isn’t too annoying, but the issue is this is a modal that freezes the whole mail app. This dialog box appears non system modal, IE it can be hidden. However EMclient is frozen waiting for this button. Sometimes I have to hunt down the window and close it.

What I would like to see, “A” being the best.
a) keep the save mechanism but do not set “dirty” if a button is clicked in the description
or
b) do not make this a app modal dialog

As a new user, this has been my biggest issue with eM Client. I often have a dozen windows open and at some point I will try to check my email and realize the client is completely non-responsive until I find the one open window that has the save changes dialog open and dismiss it.

This was always a big annoyance in Outlook as well, but at least there, the save changes window only stopped you from closing the program, but you could otherwise interact with it normally. Is there some kind of work around in eM Client? My trial just ended, and I was on my way to buy a license, but I couldn’t because it took me forever to find the right window that had locked the program. By the time I found it I was reconsidering my decision!

Very curious that this doesn’t seem to be a problem for other people? Is there a workaround or some other way that people join their online meetings so that it doesn’t lock the email client? Right now if I join an online meeting and then during the meeting if I need to look up something in my email or create a new calendar event or anything else, I can’t! I have to search through all of the open windows until I find that modal window and dismiss it. I must be doing something wrong!
