As this video shows, when i try to fix bullets, they just get messed up again. Major problem. Have seen this issue for a very long time.
Hi Johny, does this occur when replying to messages? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact version number in Help > About?
What mail service are you using with eM client? Does this occur for all received messages with included bullet points?

When i paste a bulleted item, and then try to delete the empty line before the bullet, the pasted text disappears. See video.
I was unfortunately unable to replicate the issue, please make sure you have all system components up to date and check if the issue persists, we’re currently working on an upcoming upgrade of eM Client which will use webkit instead of the IE components, hopefully allowing us to avoid this kind of issues.
