I have to save many emails to pdf each day and it’s a real pfaff going through the manual print process for each one. You can select all and have them print, but only to a single file. I need them as individual pdfs. It would be great to be able to select all the emails I want to print and have them saved to individual pdfs with catchlines similar to those if you save several emails at once as emls. Icing on the cake would be to print qualifying attachments with them.
Even better would be to be able to have a rule that automatically prints identified incoming emails to pdf in a designated folder.
