bugs when importing files from winmail on vista

Hi, Have all the time bugs when importing my files from Winmail, I am using vista os with Arabic support. I have MC free home version, 60210400.

Hi Hicham, what exactly are you having issues with? Can you make a screenshot of the issue?
Are you seeing any errors from the application?

Every time the same no responding waited more the 60 minutes every time still the same

Hi Hicham, if the application’s not responding, can you please download this utility : http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe and run the tool while the application is not reponding.
This will create a stack dump file on your computer, can you please send me the file to [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic.\

Does the application crash, or do you have to manually force quit the application?
