I cannot replicate that problem. Seems to work ok for me using the below method.
Are you copying via right clicking on the email address in eM Client and choosing: “Copy link address” and then pasting ?

Ok that is unusual hovering is not showing the same as the typed email address in blue. Ive never seen that before, but I’m sure someone on this forum will know why it’s doing that.
I suspect it might eg: be the way the sender inserts / connects the email address to it when typing the email.
In the meantime, either via the toolbar button “Insert / Link” option above the message, or (right clicking) on the email address there is a option to “Insert / Link” where you can edit the email address and correct the link error, which should then fix the hover and copy link address issue.
It is because the address was not typed, but copied and includes the original link from the source, which is different to what is displayed.
Yes confirmed! The link itself is missing the 3 even though it display’s.
I’m so sorry for bringing this to you attention when it wasn’t necessary. I should have seen it myself.
