Blue / Gray dotted line

I imported thousands of archives emails from old .pst files into local folders

. The import worked fine and I see the emails listed, but when I click to open them, a blank screen with the dotted line (usually means “working…” I have left it open for 72 hours thinking it is taking time to process – but still waiting.

Is there something else I need to do?

Please go to windows search: type “%appdata%” , then go to “eM Client/Logs”, open the file cef.log and copy its contents here.
