Blocked from Em Client, how do I fix this?

I can’t use eM Client because it won’t activate. When I was asked to license I did so but was unable to enter the validation code because the field was blocked by “demo mode”. I no longer have the key and therefore can’t re enter it. I can’t apply for a license as I am told that a license has been issued for this Acct. I now have an application that is totally useless as I can no longer access it.

Do you have access to your mailbox from somewhere else than em client (fe. webmail)? If you do, you should have an email with activation key on your messages or you can have it sent here:
If you can’t access your messages, please tell me any way how to send you your activation key (IM, other email etc) - we will then need your email address to find it.
