If I get spam, should I blacklist the email or the domain? I have both options under “move to junK”. Thanks
I should have looked at the help. Apparently:
Move to Junk and blacklist email : Moves the email to Junk and blacklists the sender, but the domain will not be blacklisted (so for example emails from user email@example.com will not be received any more, but still some emails from the domain “activitycenter.com” will be received.
Move to Junk and blacklist domain : Moves the email to Junk and blacklist the domain, so you will not receive emails from the blacklisted domain any more.
Hello Simon, glad you’ve found your answer… as you may have found out the domain blacklisting would blacklist all incoming email with the selected domain e.g. all users’ email would be marked as SPAM.
