Increasingly I’m finding spam and phishing emails are using a random ‘Sender’ email address which makes blacklisting them rather pointless and sometimes unfeasible.
Instead what the sender has done is set the ‘Reply-To’ address to one they monitor for replies.
I’d like the option of being able to blacklist by the reply-to address.

You can normally do that via a Custom Rule
eg: Using eM Client V11 Beta, you can setup a custom rule for a “blacklist by reply-to found in header” as per the below example which hopefully will also work in eM Client V9 & V10.

Yep, a similar rule can be created in eM Client 10 (and older) as well using the “with words found in header” condition.
Thanks for the replies. Yes, I know I can create individual rules to perform this task but I’d have to manually do so for every instance.
What I’d like is the right-click “Move to junk and blacklist email” to be enhanced to offer the reply-to address, too.
