Blacklisted emails not being blocked

Blacklisted emails not being blocked even though the sending address is identical. I use the menu items “move to junk” “move to junk and blacklist domain”.

I’m not sure exactly what you are doing, however, from what you say, what you are doing is not working for you.
Do this:
Menu ->Rules ->Select ‘Blacklist’ in the Rules window ->Edit ->Either type in or add from contacts the email address you want to blacklist ->Add Address ->Save & Close

That’s it…!
