Over 50 times i moved some Newsletters from SPAM to Inbox, clicked to remove both their adresses and domains from Blacklists. Checked Blacklist: they are not there.
Added those addresses to Contacts.
Still eMclient keeps considering them SPAM and Unwanted.
What could be the matter?
It’s not eM Client moving the message to spam/Junk.
The message is already in spam when eM Client gets it from the server. That is because it is your server that puts it there, so you will need to login to their webmail interface, select the message in spam, and mark it as not spam. Some providers have an option to whitelist senders so check on that also. Thereafter the server should always leave messages from that sender in the Inbox.
