Black Reply Screen

Hi,

When I reply to messages in my inbox, it seems nothing happens, as if an reply email does not open.
When I scroll accross the emclient in the taskbar, it show that it has opened a reply, but in a black screen, that I cannot access.
I saw some other topics that had a similar problem, but I have not seen a solution.

It looks like the reply window is off screen.

Right-click in the Thumbnail from the taskbar and choose MOVE, then use your keyboard arrow keys to bring it back onto the visible screen.
