Hi, I’m unfortunately not completely sure what you’re referring to, if you’re having issues with the outlook import feature, please make sure to make a screenshot of all errors thrown by the application or of the issue in eM Client.

Also please check the version of eM Client you currently have installed on your computer, please check the exact version number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client?

Thank you,
Paul

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply. Let me give some more info:

I was using Outlook.com online and as desktop program the Windows Mail app.

My email addresses were an send/receive alias for Outlook.com; all my folders were under the outlook.com address. I separated the two mail address again, as I was not happy with the way it worked.

I installed both email addresses as accounts in eM, the outlook.com address and the [email protected] address. I then moved the folders from to Outlook.com to the local folders in eM and I removed the outlook.com account and continued to work with the [email protected] account and the local folders.

Ever since strange folder appear under [email protected]. So I wonder why.

The version I use is 6.0.21372.0.

And attached is a screenshot. Hope you can help!

Hi, can you please try to navigate to Tools > Settings > Advanced, and enable AirSync logging for the problematic account?

  1. Save the settings
  2. Restart the application
  3. Replicate the issue
Once the error reoccurs, please go back to the advanced settings window and submit the logs to my email, [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic.

Thank you,
Paul
