Big emails storage file size

Hi. My mail_data size is 40 gb. and client work not fast when i open folder. It impossible make fast client?

I would suggest then to look at either auto archiving or manually archiving in eM Client.

Note:- If you do either of the below methods, backup first via “Menu / Backup”.

no. if i archive it, search don’t be work.

Search will work across all folders, dependent on you selecting that in the search box.

The archive is just a separate set of folders in the database.
