As @Michal_Burger wrote in a recent post further down, “rules editing is going to be redesigned”.
Alot of Ex Postbox users “also found rules was much easier” and better in Postbox as in this thread by @jkirker
What I miss is that you could also immediately change the name of the rule in the first window
