Better Organization When Adding Contact's Address

I am not sure of others, but when I add contacts, it drives me crazy that when I am inputting an address, I cannot add the U.S. State when inputting the entire address. For instance, it should be in this order: Address, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, with Country as the last part of the address (which covers off both the US and Canada). Can that be changed so that I don’t have to click “add more” just to include the state of the address I am saving?
