i allowed an update 07-12-2018, i think a second one followed it directly. on the opening page a message appears as in the attached pic saying password required. this stops any work being carried out. so when yu click it it takes you to a new screen with the message as per pic1. it means you are just going round in circles
how can i get shut of this
