Backup Error Message

My eM Client was backing up but is not doing so now although I am unaware of doing anything to cause this problem. I have tried checking and unchecking the box under settings and also changing the file path.#

As I come out I get the error message "em client task edit failed with reason: the function attempted to use a name that is reserved for another transaction. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80071A90).

Oops forgot the pleasantries - if anyone can guide me that would be great.

Close eM client completely and try to delet eM Client backup schedule from “Task Scheduler” ? run task scheduler - click on Task Scheduler Library (do not open it just click on it) in middle window there should be eM Client database backup - right click on it and select delete.

then in eM Client again turn on backup and this should help.
