Tried to restore back up but ‘operation failed - contact support’
WTF does this crap mean!!?

Hello Gorepe,

We’re sorry that you experienced such error. However, it seems that the access to the folder C:\Users\gorep\AppData\Roaming\eM Client is denied by any other software and therefore eM Client can’t restore the backup file. Usually it’s caused by antivirus but I’d also recommend checking if there isn’t another eM Client process running and accessing the database in the Task manager.
