Avatars only yellow boxes

Hello,
I’m having a problem with my avatars.
In the program, the avatars are only displayed as yellow boxes.
In the mobile app, the avatars are displayed correctly.

Can you do an example screenshot showing that on the desktop ? Blank out anything personal.

Ok try going to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Contacts / General” and clear the box marked “Download avatars from external sources”. Then click Apply and Save and Close,

Then close and reopen eM Client and go back in there and enable that checkbox again and click Apply and Save and Close. Then click “Refresh” and wait and see if the Avatars update correctly.
