AUTORISATION ERROR on incoming mail

For several months I occasionally get an operations message that an email with rule AUTORISATION found in subject or body of the email moved to trash failed.
I cannot find anything on why this is happening or how to fix it. It happens on my gmail coming in to emClient. Any help appreciated. [email protected]

I have not received any emails on my emclient app on my computer since I updated it on Friday 13th November. What can I do?
