Is there a way to set an automatic response when you receive an email (for example: when you’re out of town)?
You could probably do this at the web site of your actual email provider. Most have a vacation response feature for these situations.

eM Client 7 will support this feature for Exchange mail accounts, as the server lets a client program to change this setting.
For other accounts this must be set up on the server.
