In the ‘Automatic Replies’ dialogue box, there is no option to select an account.
The ‘Account:’ field and the drop-down menu are missing. I have 10 accounts.

You select the account in the dropdown “at the top left of the window” when you click “Menu / Tools / Automatic Replies” as per the second screenshot example below.
If your accounts don’t appear in the dropdown, then could be your server is not yet supported. See supported servers below.
If your server is not yet supported, you could alternatively look at setting up automatic replies “on your server mailbox end” which some users prefer so they don’t have to keep the computer on.
Automatic reply’s or Out of office reply’s are supported in Gmail and Google Workspace accounts, MS Exchange / Office 365 , SmarterMail , IceWarp , and Imageway
Yes you should be able to select accounts in the Automatic Reply from your accounts with V10.4.5674 and is strange your accounts are not appearing in there.
Do you have Windows or Mac and what OS version are you running ?
I wouldn’t think one provider not supported should stop your other accounts that are supported showing in the Out of Office dropdown.
It might possibly be to do with the latest (26H2) update and could be eg: eM Client V10 might need an update. Just a thought. I personally don’t have that update available to test that yet.
So suggest to try the V11 Beta if your happy to test that and see if that shows your accounts in the dropdown for Out of Office. It’s free to use till released. V11 Beta Windows Installer upgrade is at bottom of the link above.
If you do try the V11 Beta update, before updating make a manual backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you have any issues.
You can see when that’s complete in Show Operations via the dropdown on the right of Refresh. Also “close eM Client” before updating.
Apart from that other users or support might comment.
It’s obvious that the Windows 11 26H2 version is the problem.
I have exactly the same emClient setup (export/import) on my laptop, but I’m running Windows 11 25H2. I don’t have this problem there.
Microsoft rubbish…
Then as you can see your accounts ok in the Out of Office dropdown with (25H2) on both computers, eM Client would need to do an update for V10 and do read these threads so will now be aware of this issue.
However if you do have a current active paid license I would also go to the VIP support page and login and lodge this problem in a support ticket to let them know as well to get this fixed.
Also be interested to know if it works in V11 Beta with (26H2) if your happy to test that.
