Automatic Upgrade V7 and issues

My Version 6 was automatically upgraded to 7 and I have a Pro registration which was a lifetime licence, yet got charged to upgrade.  I paid as it was blocking some of my accounts which I needed to use urgently!!

Am annoyed that was not given the option to decline the upgrade and why was I charged an upgrade fee when have a supposed lifetime registration.

Not happy with the V7 format and now am unable to receive meeting requests which now come as a meeting.ics attachment that has an error when tried to be opened or imported???

Hello Simon,
if your PRO license has Lifetime upgrades enabled you could not have been asked for Upgrade fee. I suspect you didnt migrate your v6 database and your license key was not active at the time.

Thanks I will do so… please also advise on the meetings.ics issue??

I did migrate my v6 database as it imported all my accounts, emails and settings… although have noticed a few emails missing
