I need to change the location of my automatic backup, currently set as once per day. I have successfully gone into Tools/Settings/General/Backup, changed the target directory to the new location, and clicked on Apply with apparent success, but the daily backup continues to go to the old location although the new location shows correctly in the Backup Tab of Settings.
If I now run Backup manually, it will go to the new location, but the automatic backup still goes to the old location.
In trying to resolve the matter, by unenabling, the re-enabling the automatic backup, I get the error message
“eM Client backup task edit failed due to the following reason: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).”
