Is there a way to have all of the rules run automatically? Is there a way to prevent the folder groups from opening to show some folders when you drag and drop an email to that folder? Is there a way to have the folder groups close automatically?

rules should be applied automatically once you’re receiving new email, are you having issues with this?
When would you expect the folders to close automatically? There’s no setting that would allow this.
