Authorization failed with Verizon

Starting late yesterday, my eMclient will not work with Verizon. I have the latest version of eMclient installed. I verified all the settings and all are correct. Information I receive is Authentication (AUTH) failed. Userid and password are correct. Interestingly enough, my husband’s eMclient is working fine with Verizon. That said he is not on the latest version. Something like this happened several months ago and your team was able to come up with a work around. Any idea how to correct the issue?

What version of eM client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What version of eM Client does your husband has installed on his computer?
