Please incorporate “Login with Google” into the email account setup procedure so custom domain email accounts can be accessed through eM Client. If I can’t login to my account then I can’t use eM Client. I find it strange that my work account @oldmillkc.com works but my business [email protected] does not… Why??? Is it that I set up @odlmillkc.com prior to google stopping acceptance of email and password authentication?
You should be able to add any personal or business Google account into eM Client via the automatic account wizard which use OAuth token as per the following eM Client Google Workspace page.
If you carn’t and you are still in your inital 30day trial email [email protected] for initial assistance. If you are outside of your 30day trial and have purchased eM Client then go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket for assistance.
