I have been getting authentication failed message with my @virginmedia.com account and so I removed it and tried to add it to eM Client but with the same result. I ahve not changed password and I can log into the account through Virgin Media website.
With Virginmedia, you need to use the app password, not the account password in eM Client.
If you haven’t already generated one, you can do so in your account on their website. If you can’t login to their website, you will need to contact VirginMedia for assistance.
