Ever since I downloaded the mobile app last week, my main computer(laptop) says: 1. That my secondary address gives me “Authentication Failed” pop up. I have tried to change the password for 2nd address, but apparently won’t take it. Tried to change it on em client website–no luck there either.
2. Tonight, now I get "Authentication Failed for primary address. It has been working fine for years.
Notes: I do not have any VPN’s running.
Did this get resolved? I have the same issue today!!
Yes, after working with Comcast several times. I posted that I got it working, but I guess I put it in the wrong place.
