Authentication failed. I keep receiving this message though the pw is right. It looks like I reached the max capacity and the account was blocked (can it be?) Cancelling old emails is not working  Can you help me?

what mail account does this happen on? Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo/other type of account? Is it set up as IMAP/POP/Exchange?
What version of eM Client are you using? Check Help>About section for full number, please.
Could you perhaps screenshot the password prompt window?

Hello Cristiana,
please go to Tools>Settings>Advanced.
Set up IMAP and SMTP logs for your account.
Restart eM Client.
When the password prompt pops up again go back to Advanced, click ‘Send logs’ and change the recipint to [email protected]
