Attachment shows full path

Problem: Attachment shows full path (e.g. Y:\orders\O12345.pdf)

The PDF I’m sending is created by a third party programm, where I choose “send from your mail client”. The attachment also shows up with the full path or as something like “Y__orders_O12345.pdf” in the recipients mail client.

No problems with Outlook or Thunderbird (shows up as “O12345.pdf”)!

Can you fix this issue or is this related to the third party software?

Hi Johannes, not completely sure what you’re referring to, can you maybe make a screenshot of the issue and submit it to use here on the forum? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check for the exact version number in Help > About?

What mail service are you using with eM Client?

Hi Paul, I think it was a problem with the third party software. The supplier of the software fixed it by also creating the file on the local harddrive (drive Y: is a network share).
