Had to create a “secure mail key” in my ATT acct and use that for the password in eM Client

Hello - creating the secure mail key solved my problem when I couldn’t download messages starting last week. But why can’t AT&T inform us of these changes? Yikes - horrible company that doesn’t communicate well, and poor customer service.
