I keep getting a pop up box apprearing asking for my password. Also I don’t seem to be receiving any emails, Any help would be greatly appreciated!
One thing you can check is that you have the correct settings. Go to Menu > Tools > Accounts, and click on the IMAP tab for your account.
For Port 993 the security policy should be set to Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)
For Port 143 it should be Use SSL/TLS if available
Often when you have the incorrect setting, the password will not be accepted, even if it is correct.
