Arror in Syncronizing email accounts

Before I posted this issue as a question. Now I post it as a problem, because previously I got the answer to the issue: To stop eMClient to start up immediately, on boot, I think its called. But it did not solve the problem however. I still get these error messages popping up on my home-screen that the eMClient failed to synchronize with both my Hotmail and Gmail. It just doesn’t happen on the startup anymore. It happens after startup when I open my email, and now also for example approx one hour later, or two hours later or three hours later, and so forth. Anybody have another idea of what’s the problem here? I’m sorry!! inserted 2 of the same screenshots…couldn’t find where to remove one of them

when this error pops up, could you please open the Log tab in the same window and copy its contents here?
