We would like to use eM Mail in our company for at least 5 users.
I have the following question.
For all users, we would like to create an archive on our network server that all users can access.
Is that possible?

It depends on the server. Shared archives and public folders are possible with Exchange, and I think IceWarp also has this functionality, but not sure to what degree.
