Hello, my laptop ran out of battery unexpectedly and when I rebooted it I had a message saying emClient had not been closed properly and I need to re enter the application startup password.
Is this the main password for the main account or one specific to my laptop? I am using one of a few devices who share this for our small businesses emails… I am unsure which password it is asking for as it will not recognise any that I enter? And there is no option to reset/seek help.
If this can’t be changed/resolved is there a way I can set it up again on the laptop without the need for the password?
