app won't open period

The eClient app in on my taskbar and it will not open.

Couple of ways to fix this:

  1.  Reboot computer or
  2.  Right-click on windows taskbar, select task manager, select any eM Client items (there may be multiple), right-click each item and select “End  task”.

Either one of the above should fix the problem.
