When I access the “All Inboxes” folder, it is useful for me to be able to see the messages sorted by account. Whenever, I try to sort by clicking on the “Account” column header, the system crashes. I have never been able to accomplish this action without a crash. I have not installed anything new that might influence this action. I am running version #7.1.30794.0. Thanks for any help anyone can shed on this problem. Bob
Replying to my own entry. I was able to copy the error log provided by the system and am posting it here. Sorry for the amount of space it takes up.

Hello Bob,
Thank you for reporting this issue.
This issue will be solved in a new release but yet you can simply solve it. In Local folders Inbox there is a “welcome” email which is not linked to any account and this causes the crash. If you delete this email, the sorting will work then.
Please let me know if this helped.
Regards,
Russel
Russel,
Thanks so much for your prompt response.
Your explanation was quite clear and the solution you suggested worked like a charm.
Many thanks for your help.
Bob
