Greetings to all (this being my first post)!
I’m just in the process of moving from Outlook365 (on Windows) to eM Client (aiming to transfer to Mac in the next step). Looking good so far
But as I am using an ultrawide display I am forced to “grind” thousands of pixels each time a dialogue popup needs to be handled. For example mail delete confirmation, folder select etc.
I propose to position those dialogues not be centered on screen estate but be centered on the active eM Client app window.
(I searched help, forum and web without result, sorry if I missed something)
Thanks vm for consideration
Could you please list all the dialogues where you notice this issue? We’ve made fixes to this in the past, but we’re aware that not all dialogues are centered yet and this would help us narrow it down.
Hi Kim,
just an update: upto now I only noticed the “Delete Message” confirmation dialogue screen centered on every email delete (same behaviour if invoked from list, detail, menu).
It could well be that “Select Folder(s)” popped up centered only once when I worked with eMC for the first time (the app possibly being centered as well), sorry. Now it pops up where I “left” it, fine!
btw The dialogue “Select Folder(s)” always starts with the complete folder structure opened, which could be quite a big tree full of accounts and sub-/subfolders (in my case anyhow). That makes it quite difficult to locate specific folder(s) somewhere in there. It would be helpfull to have some buttons to open/close the tree (and maybe save the status?)
Thanks
Edit, forgot to add
OS version: Windows 10 22H2 (19045.5965)
eM Client version: 10.3.2040 (31d09e4)
“Delete Contact”
“Delete Attachement”
as well
Thank you, we’ll look into it.
