Anyone having a problem with scheduling recurring events?

Tried to schedule recurring event today and when completed it showed up on EM Client calendar under my Hotmail account. When I checked my Ipad & my Outlook calendar the event did not show?
Deleted event and added single event to second Wednesday of next month. It showed on EMC and also on my Hotmail calendar as well as my Ipad. Loaded the next month same. Tried to use recurring again and it does not sync?

Anyone else experiencing any problem with scheduling recurring events?
