any people here as disappointed as I am with socalled "Pro"support?

Very disappointed with socalled “Pro” support. Taking more than two days to resolve a quite simple problem with my license. All this time eM Client is offline and I have to rely on webmail to get any email at all. 

Historically, I have found their pro support to be pretty good. Although I have not submitted a ticket in some time, I have noticed the emclient participation on these forums has been very sporadic in the last month. I assume maybe their pro support is suffering as well. Vacations maybe???
