Trying to set up emClient for the first time, but it refuses to install, saying another installation is in progress, but there is nothing else happening on the machine. I’m stuck. Any ideas?
Got past that, now imported settings not working. Can’t send or receive mail. Some problem with IMAP server, but no clear error message.
Hi Marilyn, where did you try to import your settings from? How did you use the import feature?
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you check for the exact version number in Help > About?
What mail service are you trying to setup with eM Client?
