When I install that on my Galaxy Flip 7, it installs v10.5.430 with no option to update. This means that it does not have em sync.
V10.4.530 is the latest app. There is no V11 Beta mobile app yet. eM Sync will be updated in the app later as @Olivia_Rust advised in her post below
You can currently though in the Desktop go to “Menu / Tools / QR Export and select whatever you want to sync to the mobile app and then at the end of the wizard you will see a QR Code to scan.
Then open the mobile app and press “Menu / Settings / Import-Export” and press “Import via QR Code” and the scan the code on the desktop.
