I have version 11.0.196 installed on my PC. I am identified as a Beta tester in Google Play Store for eM Client. When I install that on my Galaxy Flip 7, it installs v10.5.430 with no option to update. This means that it does not have em sync.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Have tried deleting Data and cache from Google Play Store. Cannot get it to update to v11.
Can anyone help me ?

V10.4.530 is the latest app. There is no V11 Beta mobile app yet. eM Sync will be updated in the app later as @Olivia_Rust advised in her post below
You can currently though in the Desktop go to “Menu / Tools / QR Export and select whatever you want to sync to the mobile app and then at the end of the wizard you will see a QR Code to scan.
Then open the mobile app and press “Menu / Settings / Import-Export” and press “Import via QR Code” and the scan the code on the desktop.
Thanks @cyberzork. I’ve tried the QR export route, but unfortunately, the Android app tells me that the version is newer and it cannot sync via that method.
Guess that I will need to wait until the v11 Beta Mobile App is released. I’m always a little dubious of “coming soon” as sometimes that can end up taking (literally) years before it comes to fruition. Do you or any of the developers have an idea of when new v11 Beta app might be coming to Android ? Months or years ??

Ok what I did was scanned the QR Code in V10 and then upgraded the desktop to V11.
However as you now have V11 Beta desktop installed “untill V11 Beta mobile app comes out”, alt go on the desktop to “Menu / File / Export” and choose “Export settings to (.xml) file” and choose the options you want to export to a file and save that to a folder on your desktop or downloads.
“Export Desktop Settings to .eml file”
Then either transfer that via a eg: USB cable to your mobile in a downloads folder, or email that file to yourself using another mail app, and then save it to a folder in your mobile downloads folder.
Then in the eM Client app press “Menu / Setting / Import-Export” and press “Import from file” and choose your mob downloads folder (.xml) file.

I suspect the V11 Beta mobile app won’t be too far away. We don’t know on this forum exactly when the app comes out, so just keep watching the play-store updates. Support might comment.
