Сan I use rule “or” in creating filters??? For example put letter to folder when it comes from person or send on person? or I have to make 2 separetparete rules??
Unfortunately you cannot combine sent and received messages in one Rule because they are applied differently. So you will need one Rule for messages you receive, and a separate one for messages you send.
A Search Folder will be different if you want to go that route. One Search Folder can include both sent and received messages.
