An error occurred

I have a pop-up with Operationso on it and around a dozen Synchronising folder list failure warnings. This seems to happen almost every day. What’s going on and what can you do about it please?

Can you post a screenshot, or at least give the error message?

The easiest way to fix this is to remove the email account from eM Client, then add it again.

That may fix the symptoms, does it fix the cause?

It may be that the local cache has become corrupted. If that is what happened, it is difficult to say what the cause is, but this method will remove any cached data from the computer and start again.  

If this does not correct the error, and it happens again, then you could look into some other causes. Because the error is happening only every 10 minutes, it could be because of a calendar or contact sync issue.

Maybe someone else has some ideas, or if you have a Pro License, you could open a support ticket with eM Client. They will be able to analyze your log files and discover the cause.
