we do have a lot of problems getting eM-Client up and running error-free. One of these problems is the integration of a special account where the integration is permanently rejected due to the access data (see screenshot). We have clarified the following:
- The server is running smoothly, all certificates are up to date and the account is available.
- Access to the account works without any problems with another client (Thunderbird), The Initial data are exactly the same including password (incoming mail server (IMAP): mail.greenaudits.de, port: 993 | outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.greenaudits.de, port: 25
Please give us any idea ti fix then problems and get the Client running smoothly.
