An email from regular subscription isn't showing in Mac Inbox?

I need help in determining why a particular gmail.com email hasn’t been received into my eM Client email client on my Macbook. It shows in my online gmail account Inbox. It was received on both my iPhone’s Mail and eM Client apps. I have checked the Macbook eM Client’s Junk and Deleted folders and it’s not there. Em Client’s Operations log shows it connects and disconnects to the gmail email address server when manually checking emails. I don’t have any redirects or Rules in place to send emails elsewhere. I don’t have Cartegories enabled in eM Client settings.I have received a Test email to that gmail address in eM Client on Macbook that I just sent, so it is receiving emails from it. I have only been using eM Client on Mac since switching from Windows PC to Mac about 6 weeks ago, so perhaps this has been happening more than I realise. I only knew about it now because i was wanting to open a particular email from a regular Newsletter group on my Mac after I saw it on my iPhone. I typically have my email addresses set up as POP3 with a copy left on the server for over 30 days (however I think my Gmail address is IMAP by default anyway).
Any suggestions?

You may have eg: accidentally removed the Gmail Inbox tag so it then only shows in the All Mail “Archive folder”.

So go to your eM Client Gmail account “All Mail” folder and scroll down your message list by date and see if you can see / find that email.

If you then see it, open the email and if there is no Tag / Label at the top right “move / drag the email back to the Inbox”, which will then add the Inbox tag again and be visable in your Inbox.

Thank you for your help.
Though I’m not sure where to find the ‘All Mail’ folder for this particular Gmail account. This is what I see in the left hand folder sidebar. If I just click on the account address it still just shows the Inbox list, (all with the Inbox label at top right).

I’m not sure where to find the ‘All Mail’ folder for this particular Gmail account.

If you don’t see the All Mail folder, “right click on your Gmail address” above your Inbox and you should have an option to show it in the dropdown. Or right click on your Gmail address and click “Show Folders” and look for All Mail and enable it.

Or if it’s already enabled, but you don’t see it, it might be just hidden below the Junkmail folder under the “More” menu. If you see it there, right click on All Mail and click “Show” and it will then appear with your other Gmail primary folders.

If you still don’t see All Mail anywhere, then you might have disabled it online in your Webmail.

Sign in to Gmail on a web browser.
Click the Gear icon (Settings) > See all settings.
Go to the “Labels” tab.
Find All Mail in the list and check the “Show in IMAP” box next to it.
