Not all the folders on IMAP server are seen. There are actually two folders: 1) Inbox and 2) Shared on the server. I am able to see only Inbox and its subfolders. Both the folders are seen with Windows live mail and Thunderbird. How do I view the contents of the other folder?
Send us your IMAP logs please - it will help us to find a cause of the problem.
